    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization effectively manages talent and fosters a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strong communicator with leadership abilities to manage HR functions, support employees, and drive organizational development initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

    Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment and staffing efforts, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

    Presence in the Workplace: A physical presence in the office is needed to collaborate with employees. Some WFH is acceptable.

    Employee Relations: This position serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolves conflicts, and fosters positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

    Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems that support employee growth, recognize achievements, and address performance challenges.

    Training and Development: Identify training needs and lead employee development programs to enhance skill sets and drive career growth.

    Compliance: Ensure the company complies with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits packages, and rewards programs to maintain competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

    Payroll Processing: Overseeing payroll calculations and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.

    HR Administration: Oversee HR-related documentation, contracts, records, and policies to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.

    Workplace Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a positive organizational culture and develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

    HR Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements in HR practices.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

    Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.

    Skills:

    Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

    Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams.

    Experience with HR software and systems (APS)

    Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

    Works independently and is self-motivated.
