Job Description
Review of submissions to the Company Ethicspoint hotline, routing submissions to the proper internal constituents, working to update responsive information, and working to complete / closeout a report
Monthly auditing of E-verify reports for new hires
Monthly or bi-monthly (as necessary) auditing of team member files in the Dynafile (or successor) system
Completion of team member onboarding audits
Maintenance of Chicago office team member files in Dynafile (or successor) system
Monitoring and routing human resource and compliance related mail received
Communicating internally and with third party vendors, including the Company’s background screening vendor, regarding acquisition of new communities and management terminations at communities
Creating, uploading documentation and managing documentation through PolicyTech
Communicating internally and with third party vendors, including the Company’s background screening vendor, regarding new hires and terminations
Working with Company communities to coordinate file shipment and storage and maintenance of document destruction process
Communicating with Company’s unemployment provider regarding claims, details and locations updates
Assisting with processing and monitoring human resource and compliance vendor invoices
Assisting with workflow related to acquisition or dispossession of communities
Providing administrative support and assistance to other departments in connection with human resource and compliance items as necessary
Supporting defense efforts through coordination of documentation and information in connection with legal claims brought against the Company
Collaborating with various internal disciplines to help ensure consistent communication of policies to employees.
Identify and clarify issues while working collaboratively with employees to achieve prompt resolution.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide timely responses in a professional manner while resolving core issues.
Ability to work in conjunction with additional corporate teams to support user base.
