    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our HR team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for helping create an efficient and positive workplace environment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and maintaining effective employee relations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
    - Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR databases, including personnel files and HR management systems.
    - Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire orientations, distributing welcome materials, and collecting necessary documentation.
    - Manage HR correspondence such as employee inquiries, benefits information, and policy updates in a timely manner.
    - Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including newsletters, announcements, and compliance materials.
    - Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, including answering questions and distributing enrollment materials.
    - Help maintain compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies by assisting with audits and employee training sessions.
    - Coordinate logistics for HR events, workshops, and staff training sessions as needed.
    - Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies for the HR department.
    - Support various HR projects and initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and employee engagement.

    Qualifications:

    - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    - Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources, is a plus.
    - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant labor laws is desirable.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS) is preferred.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.
    - High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
