What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in core HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive team and external relationships.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate data management.

Position Overview:
Support HR initiatives and assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
Help update the company handbook as needed.
Work with cross-functional teams to support employee needs and improve the employee experience.
Assist with HR training sessions and workshops.
Address employee inquiries, offering guidance on HR-related matters.
Oversee employee timekeeping for payroll accuracy.
Track employee PTO, sick days, and vacation time.
Manage employee records with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
Draft offer and rejection letters for candidates.
Attend professional development sessions to stay current with HR laws and practices.
Support scheduling and handling of employee reviews.
Stay informed on industry trends and HR best practices.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
Assist with the recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing and onboarding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR administration.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations.
Familiarity with employment laws to ensure compliance.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
Detail-oriented, especially with data management and record-keeping.
Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills with an ability to foresee and address HR challenges.
Collaborative, team-focused mindset.
Compensation:
$20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Full-Time Position
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8 am-4:30 pm, Friday 9 am-3 pm
