Responsibilities: Experience : • Proven experience in an HR Admin role. • Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance standards. • Experience working within a multi-branch structure. Communication Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. • Ability to effectively communicate policies, procedures, and expectations to the team. • Strong follow-up skills and capacity to hold individuals accountable. Employee Relations: • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with employees. • Experience handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. • Familiarity or understanding of our workforce. Recruitment and Onboarding: • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes at field levels. • Ability to complete onboarding programs for new hires at field level. Training and Development: • Ability to facilitate and/or assist in training sessions on HR policies, safety protocols, and other relevant topics. HR Administration: • Experience in HRIS or other HR software. • Managing employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination with a commitment to confidentiality. • Excellent organizational abilities and ability to see tasks through to completion. Legal Compliance: • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations. • Ability to ensure company policies and practices comply with legal requirements, including keeping Monarch up-to-date. Qualifications: • Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Speaks, reads, and writes in Spanish and English. • 2+ years in HR Admin role. Compensation: $19 - $23 hourly
