Qualifications
- 2+ years related recruiting/Human Resources experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- An HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
- High level of planning and organizational skills
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of PC (Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated drive and ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to multi-task to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to occasionally work varied shifts/weekends and travel to assist at other facilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
