Job Description

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00

** Essential Job Functions:**

• Full cycle recruiting from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring
• Utilization of techniques to recruit candidates:
  • Job boards
  • Social media networks
  • Employee referrals
  • Career Fairs
• Partner with the Recruiting team to develop strategies that will support hiring goals
• Provide weekly report metrics to assess recruiting efforts and to support strategic recruiting decisions

Qualifications

• 2+ years related recruiting/Human Resources experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
• An HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
• High level of planning and organizational skills
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of PC (Excel, Word)
• Demonstrated drive and ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
• Ability to multi-task to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to occasionally work varied shifts/weekends and travel to assist at other facilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
