Duties:
Post job vacancies online, review resumes, and schedule interviews with potential candidates
Track and assist with the onboarding process for new hires
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for newly hired employees
Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication with employees and resolving inquiries promptly
Handle administrative responsibilities, including maintaining up-to-date employee records such as personal information, benefits documentation, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and background checks
Act as a liaison between the HR department and other staff, providing necessary administrative support
Manage confidential information with care and discretion
Be proficient with technology, quickly adapting to new software tools as required
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address any related questions or concerns
Support new hire email communications and coordinate IT setup, including login credentials for new employees
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Prior experience in human resources is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and HR software or databases
Any experience with posting to Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok) is a bonus
