Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Assistant will be primarily responsible for supporting the recruitment process, as well as assisting with various HR-related tasks and initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and strong interpersonal communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), GSuite, and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS) is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support, with a focus on recruitment preferred.
Experience in healthcare is strongly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, including the company website, job boards, and social media.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Assist in the preparation of interview questions and other assessment tools.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and statuses.
Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide timely feedback.
Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating new hire orientation
HR Administrative Duties:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee records, including processing new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
Support the HR team with day-to-day operations, including responding to employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Help with payroll processing by ensuring time and attendance records are accurate and up to date.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Travel to multiple locations as required.
