Look no further - we're searching for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our forward-thinking SaaS B2B technology company, where you'll play a vital role in shaping an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture. In this role, you will support key departments and leaders by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing day-to-day HR activities at our Headquarters in Old Town Scottsdale, and fostering a positive, productive workplace. You will be a trusted advisor to employees and management, offering insights and support on all HR-related matters to promote organizational success.

    What You'll Do

    • Employee Relations & Coaching
      • Act as a strategic advisor to managers and employees on HR matters such as performance, development, and conflict resolution.
      • Support employee relations activities by investigating and resolving workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
      • Partner with leadership to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
    • ** Talent Management** * ****Drive the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive integration into the team. * Support career development plans for team members, identifying training opportunities to foster skills growth and retention.
    • ** Performance Management & Development** * ****Advise managers on performance management practices, goal-setting, and constructive feedback processes. * Implement and support initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives. * Facilitate learning and development activities that build leadership and professional capabilities within the team.
    • ** HR Policy Implementation & Compliance** * ** __**Ensure company policies are communicated and applied consistently across teams. * Maintain knowledge of HR regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. * Support the development and rollout of new policies and practices aligned with organizational goals.
    • ** Culture & Engagement** * ** __**Partner with teams to promote a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with company values. * Lead employee engagement activities that foster team morale, collaboration, and organizational pride.

    What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
    • 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, preferably within a fast-paced, innovative industry like SaaS or digital marketing
    • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
    • Analytical mindset, comfortable using HR metrics and data to drive decisions.
    • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for influencing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
