    Hartwig Staffing is partnered with an Oklahoma City company that is looking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to its team. Compensation on this role is $80-85k+ DOE.

    Qualifications:

    • Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
    • Drive initiatives in performance management, succession planning, and career development to support employee growth and organizational success.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies by monitoring HR practices and providing proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
