Qualifications:
- Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Drive initiatives in performance management, succession planning, and career development to support employee growth and organizational success.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies by monitoring HR practices and providing proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
