Lakeshore’s Employee Experience Team is growing, and we are currently searching for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to deploy and align business objectives and people strategy with our employees and leadership in designated business units with a high level of autonomy and in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Reporting to our Director of HRBP, you will create partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives.
