We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our client’s team. As an HR Business Partner you will collaborate closely with leadership and management teams to drive HR strategies that align with business goals. Your role will focus on strategic initiatives, enhancing company culture, improving company compliance, and supporting talent management efforts. By fostering equitable HR practices, implementing learning and development strategies, and creating strategic game plans, you’ll help companies deliver strong ROI and build thriving, purpose-driven work environments.
**This is a permanent and 80% remote position. It will require 10-20% travel to client site locally.
Core Duties:
Build and design compensation structures that align with client goals and industry standards, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
Stay current on employment laws and regulations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance across all HR functions, including benefits administration and employee relations.
Develop and design employee communications that drive change management, establish a feedback-friendly culture, and increase awareness of business purpose and goals.
Analyze reports, surveys, and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations on HR best practices, people management strategies, and compensation trends.
Function as a strategic and transparent partner to assigned clients, identifying opportunities to develop and improve their company culture.
Provide coaching and development for client employees upon management requests, helping them align with organizational objectives and culture.
Lead initiatives to enhance culture operations and accountability functions, fostering stronger employee engagement and retention.
Design and deliver thoughtful employee surveys to capture valuable feedback, helping clients prioritize key initiatives and focus areas.
Collaborate with clients to strategically develop Quarterly Game Plans and Culture Success Roadmaps that support their long-term goals, ensuring timely delivery and completion of HR projects.
Build strong client relationships by actively contributing to their success through ongoing engagement, HR expertise, and tailored solutions to improve retention and performance.
Work with assigned team members to ensure HR project deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with industry best practices.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity.
3+ years of experience in people operations or operational roles within HR.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is required if no degree.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects or teams of 7-15 people, meeting key objectives.
Proven success working in a consultative capacity with internal leaders or external clients.
Exceptional time management and technical proficiency with HR systems and tools.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day HR operations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset.
Data-driven approach to HR, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
Strong emotional intelligence and able to make sound judgements.
Growth-oriented, with the ability to adapt and continuously improve HR processes.
Comfortable providing strategic HR advice that balances risk and reward.
