Duties and Responsibilities:
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business, or related field (a degree in differing field with comparable HR experience or HR certification will be considered)
3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a sales or service industry
Familiarity with Paylocity
Familiarity with vendor management (Benefits vendor management)
Proven HR expertise across Legal/Compliance, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Culture Development, and Benefits/Compensation.
Exceptional time management and project management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
Agility and adaptability, ready to pivot and problem-solve as needs arise.
A genuine ability to connect with employees, understand their needs, and build trust across all levels.
Strong communication skills to deliver clear, thoughtful, and impactful messages.
Self-accountability and self-motivation, capable of working autonomously while fostering collaboration and building bridges cross-functionally.
A proactive, thoughtful approach to seeking understanding before jumping to conclusions or solutions.
A mindset of partnership, acting as a true HR business partner to leaders and functions throughout the organization.
Pay: $70,000-$85,000, salaried-exempt
