    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Employment Staffing: Lead recruiting activities to guide the attraction and pipelining talent for hourly level positions including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates for approved open positions. Responsible for resume/application/candidate records retention and reporting.
    • Onboarding: Conducts new hire orientation, coordinates involvement of other departments in the orientation process. Sets up new hire in necessary systems for payroll and benefits. Maintain, deliver and continuously improve an efficient on boarding program for new hires.
    • Record Keeping: Main point of contact for managing all employee files and maintaining HRIS system (Paylocity)
    • Policy Management: Administering/interpreting/updating company policies and representing the organization in personnel and employment law compliance related matters, investigations and hearings. (This will have support from the senior leadership team, and additional contracted HR/external support)
    • Oversee and optimize benefits administration, partnering with vendors to manage benefit programs effectively and ensure seamless service delivery. Act as a resource for employees, helping them understand and maximize the value of their benefits. Regularly assess benefit offerings and propose innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with leadership on compensation strategy, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to ensure equitable, competitive, and performance-aligned pay decisions.
    • Partner with leadership to address employee performance and conduct, providing guidance on corrective action and coaching plans. Ensure plans are thoughtfully designed, effectively communicated, and administered in alignment with company policies and values.
    • Leads engagement programs to maximize participation, gather results, create action plans, and follow up.
    • Employee Programs: Leads development and execution of designated employee events, incentives and recognition programs. Manages and administers employee referral bonus and attendance bonus programs if applicable.
    • Assist/support and perform all HR/office support activities/duties as needed.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business, or related field (a degree in differing field with comparable HR experience or HR certification will be considered)

    • 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a sales or service industry

    • Familiarity with Paylocity

    • Familiarity with vendor management (Benefits vendor management)

    • Proven HR expertise across Legal/Compliance, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Culture Development, and Benefits/Compensation.

    • Exceptional time management and project management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.

    • Agility and adaptability, ready to pivot and problem-solve as needs arise.

    • A genuine ability to connect with employees, understand their needs, and build trust across all levels.

    • Strong communication skills to deliver clear, thoughtful, and impactful messages.

    • Self-accountability and self-motivation, capable of working autonomously while fostering collaboration and building bridges cross-functionally.

    • A proactive, thoughtful approach to seeking understanding before jumping to conclusions or solutions.

    • A mindset of partnership, acting as a true HR business partner to leaders and functions throughout the organization.

    Pay: $70,000-$85,000, salaried-exempt
