Job Description
Timmons Group is seeking a full time HR Coordinator in our Richmond, VA office. The key responsibility of the Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator is to assist in all human resources related activities, as well as in the development and implementation of programs, processes and procedures. The Human Resources Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of the human resources department which include playing a key role in recruitment and employee onboarding.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Two (2) years of relevant professional administrative experience, including at least one (1) year of administrative experience working in Human Resources.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with recruitment processes such as candidate screening and participating in the interview process.
Previous experience coordinating benefits and payroll functions.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with little supervision.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Commitment to providing superior customer service.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
