    JOB SUMMARY:

    This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop broad-based HR skills and grow within a dynamic organization. The HR Coordinator reports to the Recruiting Manager and will primarily support recruiting operations to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience for new hires. The role will also support ongoing generalist and training and development activities as well as other special HR projects as assigned.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Assist with posting job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal channels).

    · Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communications.

    · Support the new hire onboarding process, including preparing onboarding materials and ensuring compliance with company policies.

    · Administrative support for ongoing employee goodwill activities and events, and training and development.

    · Provide general administrative support to the HR department as assigned.

    · Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

    · Maintain discretion and strict confidentiality on all employee-related matters.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative support.

    Education: High School Diploma required

    Relevant Experience:

    Bilingual English/Spanish language preferred.

    Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Experience with HRIS or ATS software is a plus.

    Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. When participating in activities on the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment is typical for a fabrication shop and ear plugs may be used, as necessary.
