Sidney Regional Medical Center is searching for a Part-Time (20-29 hour/week) Human Resources Coordinator! This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing SRMC team. The Human Resources Coordinator will provide assistance and guidance on a wide variety of Human Resources tasks. This role supports our internal and external customers as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with SRMC TEAM members to provide day-to-day HR service and support.
- Back up support for HRIS management system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates to employee files.
- Assist with development and implementation of policies.
- Assist with tracking for HR practices such as Education Reimbursement Program, License and Certification monitoring.
- Recommend new practices and ways to innovate HR to best support our internal and external customers.
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding practices, including potential to participate in career fairs and other marketing events.
- Assist HR team, VP of Growth and Talent Development with administration of SRMC programs such as benefits, new hire tracking and reporting, PTO Buyback and others as assigned.
Education, Experience, & Licensure
- Education: Associates Degree in business preferred. Experience in HR or customer/patient service related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of HR experience preferred.
