Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of relevant administrative experience required, including at least one year of administrative experience working in Human Resources.
- Bachelors degree OR an additional four (4) years of relevant administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with recruitment processes, such as candidate screening and participating in the interview process.
- Previous experience coordinating benefits and payroll functions.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with little supervision.

Compensation and Benefits at Augsburg
- The compensation range is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOQ.
