    About the Role

    We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.

    Assist PMT with sourcing quality candidates by providing service and support

    Build strong relationships with the hiring managers to ensure a firm understanding of staffing needs and open positions o Open new jobs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) o Review and update candidates’ statuses for all applicants in ATS o Complete hiring workflow for all applicants in ATS

    Assist PMT with conducting phone screens as the first round of the interview process.

    Initiate, review, and complete background screenings through HireRight for all new hires

    Complete new hire orientations and onboarding for hourly team members

    Assist in ensuring all brand trainings are completed in the required time

    Plan, Organize and Execute team member Appreciation/Recognition events

    ** Starting wage for this position is $20.00-$22.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**

    What We Are Looking For

    Equivalent to associate degree in human resources or related business degree

    Two or more years general human resources experience

    Willingness to openly embrace and actively demonstrate the company’s Vision, Mission, Values, Culture and Operating Philosophy.

    Demonstrated history of using creative sourcing approaches and creative problem solving

    Strong leadership qualities

    Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills

    Strong attention to detail and organized

    Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
