Responsibilities: • Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date • Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures • Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies • Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires • Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees • Keep employee records up to date • Help manage employee benefits and answer questions • Schedule and coordinate employee training • Support employee relations and handle basic inquiries • Help with performance reviews and tracking • Assist with payroll and timesheet data entry • Ensure HR policies are followed and assist with compliance • Organize employee events and recognition programs Qualifications: • Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices (a plus, but not required) • Prior experience in an office or administrative role is helpful but not mandatory • Salary range is dependent on HR experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office. Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
