    Job Summary

    Working with the CHRO, the Global Director, Total Rewards will be a close strategic partner to the AmSpec leadership team to develop innovative and impactful programs to attract and retain world class talent while driving business results. This corporate leadership role holds responsibilities for executive compensation, benefits, wellness, as well as leading key HR M&A initiatives from due diligence through integration.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    Total Rewards:

    · Lead total rewards strategy development and execution aligned with business objectives.

    · Oversee executive compensation programs, equity administration and support compensation committee matter

    · Manage enterprise-wide compensation programs, including pay philosophy, job architecture and annual cycles.

    · Direct global benefit programs include health/welfare, retirement and flexibility initiatives.

    · Build out compensation and retention programs structure to reward employee behavior that drives business growth

    · Ensure regulatory compliance and manage required filings/reports

    · Lead and develop a small team of total rewards professionals

    M&A

    · Collaborate with the M&A team during the due diligence phase so that HR risk and compliance matters are considered prior to acquisition. Work closely with Strategy team and CHRO during the due diligence phase to draft key HR integration priorities, including setting integration targets with appropriate KPIs

    · Lead overall HR due diligence to facilitate successful completion of M&A transactions and integration projects on time and in alignment with AmSpec

    · Partner with global HR team, M&A team, finance and IT teams on alignment of business needs and HR due diligence pre and post-acquisition.

    · Evolve HR diligence and integration playbooks to facilitate future transaction activities

    The ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing and leading total rewards within a private or publicly held organization and will have already interacted regularly with a compensation committee or board of directors. The ideal candidate will have evolved within a fast-paced organization of scale with both salaried and hourly compensation structures and, ideally, will have experienced multiple industries, gaining a more holistic view of the total regards levers that are successful in different environments and operating models. This leader will be adept at navigating HR business process improvement, leveraging data and analytics to inform better decisions. Given AmSpec’s global footprint, which is comprised of both business line and regional reporting structures, the successful candidate will have substantial influence and advisory skills.

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or other related area or equivalent
    • Master’s Degree a plus; not required

    Experience Requirements

    • Ten (10) years’ experience in Human Resource field with 5 or more leading a total rewards team
    • Experience managing executive and standard compensation programs for a global, distributed workforce with both salaried and hourly employee populations.
    • Demonstrated M&A integration experience in TIC, Technology or manufacturing industries.
    • Strong Technical skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ADP, Power BI and other HR Related technologies
