Compensation: $105,550-$171,932 (DOE) annual salary.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 40 hours, salaried-exempt.
What You Get to Do: The Human Resources Director will work with the CEO and Operations Team to create HR solutions that support growth and employee engagement. This role will lead HR strategies and programs that align with our values and goals, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace.
Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring effective implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and CMS human resources regulatory requirements and best practices.
Develop and implement work methods to standardize employee recruitment, selection, retention, orientation, and termination processes in line with legal requirements.
Analyze market trends and recommend compensation adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.
Partner with management to identify staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
Promote Partners In Care as an employer of choice through community outreach, enhancing the organization's public image, and fostering a supportive internal work environment.
Leverage internal surveys to guide initiatives to enhance workplace culture, including employee recognition programs.
Assist the CEO/CFO in developing the annual HR budget and manage resources within budgetary constraints.
Maintain HR data accuracy and collaborate with payroll for seamless processing and compliance.
Serve as a coach and advisor to the leadership team, facilitating team-building activities and leading strategic planning sessions.
Implement workforce analytics and planning to meet the needs of a modern workforce.
Support continuous employee education and professional development.
Conduct annual assessments of employee satisfaction with benefits and the work environment, reporting findings per organizational guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong organizational, assertiveness, flexibility, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, preferably within healthcare management.
At least two years of experience in employee recruitment and training is preferred.
Professional certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
In-depth knowledge of state, federal, and CMS employment regulations and employee education requirements.
