Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (40%)

Leave Management (30%)
- Administer FMLA/CFRA/PDL leaves
- Track and document medical certifications
- Coordinate return-to-work processes
- Maintain compliance documentation
California Compliance (30%)
- Ensure adherence to California employment laws
- Maintain required HR documentation
- Support audit preparations
- Update policies as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years HR experience in California
- Strong knowledge of California employment law
- Experience with leave administration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR/SPHR certification
- Public sector experience
