How will you contribute:
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of human resources tasks to support the HR department and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. This role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Generalist plays a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting employee development and satisfaction.

Promote the organization's brand as an employer of choice.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's reputation in the job market.
Brainstorm fresh advertising and improvement ideas with leadership.
Create and maintain company apparel store bi-annually for employees to purchase attire.
Order and maintain marketing/promotional items.
Publish and distribute Employee Quarterly Newsletter.
Create marketing documents for career fairs, social media, networking events, and PR.
Support company efforts to improve brand consistency and awareness.

What you need to qualify:
Ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience. Candidates should have the ability to multitask and be a self-starter. You can stand out above other candidates by having construction knowledge and/or bilingual (Spanish).
