Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR procedures, policies, and provide guidance for business operations.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance programs.
- Oversee onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
- Handle HRIS data entry, audits, and employee-related compliance.
- Provide employee-relations advisory services on issues like health, conduct, grievances, etc.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee handbook and organizational documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ethical awareness.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and HR process knowledge.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to learn new systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and national employment laws.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- Experience working in HR and leadership (1 year preferred).
