Job Description
Ridgeline is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in executing key initiatives related to employee engagement, benefits administration, and HR operations. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in HR processes, employee relations, and organizational development. You will gain hands-on experience in the daily functions of an HR department while contributing to meaningful projects that enhance the employee experience.
What You Will Do:
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees and interns.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as company events, recognition programs, and surveys.
Help manage HR documentation and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Assist with benefits administration, providing support in benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
Contribute to HR data analytics, tracking key workforce metrics and reporting insights.
Support the development and distribution of internal HR communications.
Research HR best practices and help implement process improvements.
What You Will Learn:
The fundamentals of HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.
How to analyze and interpret HR data to drive business decisions.
Hands-on experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR tools.
The role of HR in fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Interest in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required.
