Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship is designed for students who are eager to learn and contribute to our HR initiatives while developing essential skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events and activities.
• Research HR best practices and assist with various HR projects.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for HR and a desire to learn about the field.
