    Job Description

    In our Human Resources internship program, you will learn from industry leaders and gain invaluable experience to catapult your career forward! In this role you will be exposed to multiple areas of HR with a focus on Training & Development and Total Rewards initiatives to obtain valuable exposure to overall HR functions and processes. This opportunity will develop your functional skills and business acumen, while you enter this exciting learning journey towards greater successes!

    Learning and Development: Projects and exposure opportunities in learning and development could provide diverse exposure to research efforts in training projects, training assessments, job competencies, training tools, and employee development initiatives. We are devoted to working with the talented up and coming professionals and building their skills sets.

    Total Rewards: Projects and exposure opportunities could include assisting in the development of strategy and coordination of events for the upcoming open enrollment cycle and on-going compensation needs.   • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Behavior/Development
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – specifically excel (or google sheets) and PowerPoint
    • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision required
    • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience
    • Emerging partnership and collaboration skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
    • High level of integrity and understanding of the importance of confidentiality with HR matters
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed
    • Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust
    • Consistently demonstrates innovative thinking that is customer-centric

    The expected salary for this position is $30 - $35/hour.
