    Applicants must be in San Diego, CA for all of this 16-week IN-PERSON internship. You are competitive-but-kind? Do you love meeting new people? Get hands-on experience and elite interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and team-building skills within our growing real estate team! Work with sales, marketing, real estate agents, and the CEO using systems and techniques implemented by over a dozen Fortune 100 companies. Get training and experience with a group of motivated people who enjoy both their work and each other. This internship position provides an educational experience that serves as compensation. Top-performing interns may be invited back for leadership training, positions within the company, or paid placements within client organizations in the fields of sales, marketing, recruiting, Human Resources, and/or real estate. Responsibilities: • Attend job fairs, college campuses, and set up booths at places like beaches, open houses and community events • Create and host unique corporate, community, and charitable events • Organize and present internal team performance metrics and corresponding awards and milestones • Coordinate and run team activities and social events • Conduct professional screen calls and interviews • Assist the CEO and team with admin and related tasks • Learn to train and develop others • Collaborate with sales and marketing to create internal and external marketing materials • Help celebrate birthdays, milestones, and other occasions • Work as a team to create a fun, positive, fulfilling environment Qualifications: Availability: • Meet in-person Tuesdays from 2:30pm-5:30pm, Thursdays in-person from 1pm-6:30pm PST & Fridays in person 9:30am-6:00pm. Also the occasional weekend day for community events, open houses, galas, etc. • Have reliable transportation for on-site meetings and opportunities • 20 hours per week time commitment • 16 weeks internship commitment Desired: • Availability to accept an invitation to leadership development training or a full-time opportunity immediately following the internship • Student Mentality • Competitive Sports Background • California Real Estate license • Are Force Sensitive • Attended Hogwarts Required: • Amazing people skills • High Energy • Positive Attitude • Detail Oriented • Complete tasks in full and on-time • Student Mentality • Excitement to keep up and contribute to a high-functioning and successful team Other: • This is an Entry-Level internship. Some experience can be helpful but is not required; all backgrounds welcome Compensation: Potential for $100 - $500 bonuses
