We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Lead to oversee HR functions for all departments and manage payroll on-site. Responsibilities: • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new employees. • Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters. • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. • Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations. Qualifications: • Proven experience in human resources management. • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and payroll processes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Compensation: $36,000 - $46,000 yearly
