We are seeking a hands-on Bilingual Human Resources Manager for a company located throughout the Sacramento area! This role will report to the CFO and is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys a blend of compliance, employee relations, and process improvement. Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage employee relations, including write-ups and interactive process implementation.
• Update and maintain the Employee Handbook to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead PAGA reform initiatives and ensure HR practices align with new laws.
• Develop and revise job description and essential functions across departments.
• Support policy implementation and compliance efforts across all locations.
• Assist with the process of payroll, benefit (open enrollment), and worker’s compensation injury notices.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a multi-location environment.
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and PAGA reform.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on role.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $80K to $120K, depending on experience.
