Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As our Human Resources Manager, you will be working closely with the entire company to create a positive work environment for all employees. You will also play a critical role in managing all aspects of human resources operations to support the company's mission, goals, and objectives while ensuring legal compliance. Note: Knowledge of Russian required
Overview of Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and conduct audits, as required
Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the human resources services and programs offered to Divine Enterprises employees, drivers and contractors
Recruiting, interviewing, screening, and making contingent offers of employment to qualifying potential candidates: office staff, drivers who meet DOT, insurance and Carrier hiring standards/criteria
Provide policy changes to company handbook and ensure compliance of HR department of Divine Enterprises
Conduct disciplinary actions, annual reviews, training, compensation review an raises
Overall all PTO and sick leave for staff, ensuring compliance with Federal and State guidelines
Process personnel timesheets for Payroll
Workers Compensation claim processing and annual renewals
Provide candidates with information regarding compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures, to ensure the candidate is well informed and to promote a positive image of the company
Create job descriptions and manage job board and social media postings, responses, and candidate interactions
Qualifications
Knowledge of Russian required
A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with HR certification preferred
At least 2 years of human resource experience
Knowledge of OSHA and employment laws
Skilled in training, team building, facilitating problem solving and conducting internal investigations
Work cooperatively and productively with others and contribute to a positive organizational culture
Excellent Customer Service skills
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
