    The Human Resources Manager will lead all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee development and performance management by applying innovative HR solutions to elevate the employee experience, fuel engagement and drive overall organizational growth and excellence.

    What you'll do:

    Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders on appropriate resolution to complex employee issues.

    Lead efforts of the HR team and provide leadership and support to Human Resources Specialist.

    Conduct timely & effective employee investigations, make recommendations to management and apply disciplinary action up to and including termination. Consult with legal counsel for employment law guidance as necessary.

    Collaborate with the benefit consultant team and CFO to analyze and evaluate data to manage an attractive benefits package that will support the health and well-being of Freedom Motors' employees and their families.

    Oversee group benefits administration including claims resolution, change reporting, employee education and answering questions. Along with benefit consultants and CFO, provide in-depth analysis on claims data to ensure a cost-effective benefits strategy while maintaining high-value benefits that support the health and well-being of employees and their families.

    Leave management including FMLA, Short-Term & Long-Term disability, Worker's Compensation and personal LOA.

    Assist in tracking and reporting in compliance with ADA, EEOC, OSHA and MIOSHA.

    Performance management including coordination and tracking of annual review process and partnering with management on staffing strategies, succession & workforce planning.

    Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

    Attend Production and Parts weekly meetings to encourage open communication and dialogue.

    Report HR metrics and updates in Department Head weekly meeting. Look for new opportunities for human resources practices to add value and drive successful organizational outcomes.

    What you’ll need:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.

    10+ years human resources experience.

    HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.

    Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

    Demonstrate initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills.

    Ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
