We’re hiring a highly-organized and people-oriented human resources manager to ensure our business runs smoothly. You will be consulted by top management on strategic planning and business administration, oversee employee relations, and maximize our sustainability and profitability. Responsibilities: • Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees • Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training • Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures Qualifications: • Hotel Human Resources experience • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist, or in a senior position in HR management • Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute is preferred but not required • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, or HR management • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
