    • Our client, who fosters a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.
    • The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also implement HR strategies to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to analyze workforce trends and metrics, leveraging insights to develop and implement innovative solutions, programs, and policies.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for recruitment, employee retention, and talent development to align with the company’s growth objectives.
    • Lead and oversee key HR lifecycle events, including onboarding, performance management, merit review processes, open enrollment, offboarding, and other related activities.
    • Serve as a coach and consultant to plant leadership, fostering a competitive organization and promoting a culture of being an employer of choice.
    • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring effective coaching and resolution strategies.
    • Apply expertise in employment law and sound judgment to address employee relations matters in partnership with leadership and legal advisors.
    • Ensure seamless HR service delivery while building and maintaining strong partnerships in a matrixed organizational structure.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
    • 3+ years of HR management experience.
    • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary to 90k/year
