Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 90k/year - Somerset, PA
Our client, who fosters a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also implement HR strategies to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to analyze workforce trends and metrics, leveraging insights to develop and implement innovative solutions, programs, and policies.
Develop and execute strategic plans for recruitment, employee retention, and talent development to align with the company’s growth objectives.
Lead and oversee key HR lifecycle events, including onboarding, performance management, merit review processes, open enrollment, offboarding, and other related activities.
Serve as a coach and consultant to plant leadership, fostering a competitive organization and promoting a culture of being an employer of choice.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring effective coaching and resolution strategies.
Apply expertise in employment law and sound judgment to address employee relations matters in partnership with leadership and legal advisors.
Ensure seamless HR service delivery while building and maintaining strong partnerships in a matrixed organizational structure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
3+ years of HR management experience.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
