We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to help us build, nurture, and strengthen our growing team as we continue to expand throughout the Florida Emerald Coast.
As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in:
Recruiting and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to recruit top-tier talent for all roles, including field and office staff.
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Employee Relations and Culture Development:
Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing initiatives that align with company values and promote employee engagement.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, handling employee concerns and performance management.
HR Administration:
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Manage HR policies, employee records, and compliance with state and federal labor laws.
Performance Management and Growth:
Implement performance review processes to identify growth opportunities and reward top performance.
Support leadership in creating individual development plans for employees.

Team Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Salary range of $65000 to $85000 based on experience and qualifications

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar leadership role (3-5+ years preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM certification is a plus).
Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Skilled in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in restoration, construction, or related industries is a plus but not required.
