Overall Purpose and Objective of Position
This position is responsible for human resources activities in support of the Company’s grain & oilseed industrial assets (multiple locations throughout the US). Responsibilities include management of recruitment activities, HRIS management, budget preparations, employee relations, assistance in the development of Company’s HR policies and procedures, and providing HR direction and leadership to multiple locations.
We are seeking a candidate with HR experience working for an industrial/manufacturing company with regional oversight is a MUST.
This position is required to be in the office 4 days a week/1 flex day*

Ability to represent the Company in professional meetings and recruitment events
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Attention to detail
Self-directed and motivated
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (ie. EEO, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, OSHA, wage & hour laws).
Must be able to travel occasionally to industrial locations.
