    Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and enhance our critical people programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and employee relations. This role will be pivotal in driving our strategic goals and ensuring legal compliance across the board.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the CPO and leadership team to build organizational capability and align people strategies with business objectives.

    Provide day-to-day HR guidance to our non-exempt workforce, optimizing structure, people, systems, and processes.

    Lead the talent acquisition process, proactively attracting and securing top talent.

    Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and continuous improvement.

    Develop and implement company-wide programs for employee engagement, culture enhancement, and change management.

    Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies.

    Leverage HRIS and data analytics to drive process improvements and decision-making.

    Maintain accurate employment records and reports, ensuring adherence to legal standards.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly with a non-exempt workforce; experience in distribution or manufacturing is a plus.

    Proven experience in a matrixed environment and ability to consult across various critical stakeholders.

    In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS applications.

    Ability to travel regularly and work in a hybrid environment.
