    Job Description

    _ Valley Forge Casino & Resort is looking for an passionate and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive recruitment strategies that attract top talent._

    Leads aspects of Human Resources management and serve as the primary manager of the day-to-day operations of the department. Establish and maintain open communication channels with team members, develop team member relations programs and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment, employee relations, and compliance initiatives.
    • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive job market.
    • Develop programs to boost employee engagement, recognition, and retention, aligning with company values and goals.
    • Oversee complex team member relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
    • Partner with leaders to identify and address training and development needs, fostering continuous learning and growth.
    • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, creating a workplace that reflects the values of belonging and respect.
    • Ensure HR practices are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, safeguarding the organization’s integrity.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or gaming.
    • Expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and legal compliance.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, innovate, and drive results.
