    Description The Human Resources Manager will manage all aspects of the HR department and drive initiatives that support the company's growth and success. This role will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This position carries a potential for commission to be earned based on recruiting duties. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions • Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with all legal requirements • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures • Conduct regular training sessions on HR topics for employees and managers • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • 5+ years of experience in HR management • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • SHRM certification preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
