Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish-English) Human Resources Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture
Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics
Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with professionalism and consistency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred if no HR degree)
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Construction or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
