Job Description
Bosch Rexroth is seeking an HR Partner (HR Generalist) to drive all aspects of Human Resources for our Mobile Hydraulics business focusing on manufacturing and operations. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and the HR team to champion a positive culture, nurture talent, and seek opportunities to create a positive impact through the organization. This position is both operational and strategic in nature. A key focus area for this role is positive Associate Relations. Your role is to align HR practices with the business needs and work across HR disciplines in the areas of retention, employee relations, and employee development. You will work with business leaders to implement and execute HR strategies to enhance the Employee Experience by engaging with employees and managers at critical moments in the employment relationship such as Development, Engagement, and Performance Management. To succeed in this role, you need a flexible mindset, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, demonstrate strong analytical capability, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations in a highly matrixed organization.
In addition to the HR Partner role, you will be a key contributor within our US HRBP organization and participate within our function and cross functionally to build, grow, and continuously improve processes and programs within HR.

Education: ** __** Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or related area required. Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years relevant experience, working with Manufacturing and Logistics is strongly preferred. Working within a production environment for a large, highly matrixed, global organization preferred.
