    Job Summary:

    Our team seeks a passionate HR professional to work in our community and provide quality health services. This HR role will strategically partner with the clinic’s leadership team, providing expert guidance on human resources practices to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. This role aligns HR initiatives with the clinic's goals, supporting workforce planning, talent management, and employee development.

    Organizational Structure:

    Collaborates with senior management to identify HR needs and implement effective strategies to support operational goals.

    Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

    Collaborates with office managers to ensure the execution of policies and procedures, onboarding, disciplinary actions,off-boarding, and any specialized projects.

    Executes routine tasks in delicate circumstances, such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and termination

    Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    Fosters a positive workplace culture prioritizing employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion.

    Employee Relations:

    Oversees all employee relations, employment laws and compliance, payroll processing, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.

    Process bi-weekly ADP payroll and maintain communications with managers and employees for accurate timesheet recording.

    Executes employee disciplinary action and termination by enforcing company policies and procedures.

    Manages the talent acquisition process in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

    Develops and implements employee training and development programs to foster professional growth and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as the CDC, NIH, OSHA & HIPPA.

    Performance Management:

    Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations to employees with efforts to increase work performance and employee engagement.

    Labor Law & Compliance:

    Ensures the organization adheres to legal requirements and employment and labor practices regulations. This involves understanding, implementing, and monitoring CDC, OSHA, and HIPPA compliance with relevant state and federal laws to protect the rights and well-being of employees.

    Education :

    A bachelor's degree in HRM, Health Service Administration, or a related field is required.

    Work Experience:

    A minimum of three years of human resource management experience

    Preferred

    SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred or Masters in HRM

    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds occasionally
