** What you will do in this role : **In our medical facility, the Human Resources Representative will be an integral part of the leadership team. You will be overseeing the bi-weekly payroll process, onboarding & orientation of all new staff, benefit enrollment, personnel record management and recruitment of the hourly entry level staff. While this is primarily an administrative role , you may eventually be involved with employee retention & recognition programs along the way. Come join us; it’s a busy day here!

Human Resources Representative: officially we title this job a “Crew Chief”, but in other centers it may be called an HR Rep, HR Generalist or Assistant, Payroll Clerk or perhaps even a HR Specialist. This is not a mangers role, but you will be inertwined with the leadership team.

These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
