    Assessing company processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing process changes and monitoring the results to ensure success.

    Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

    Recruiting and staffing

    Employee onboarding, growth, and development

    Employee relations

    Co-handling disciplinary needs

    Assistant to Administrative Consultant

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
    • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
    • Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
