    Our client is looking for a key contributor to the HR team, leveraging expertise to manage critical human resources functions, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and enhance the employee experience. This role focuses on executing recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR process improvement, serving as a knowledgeable resource for staff and management.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, handling enrollment, updates, and communication with employees and vendors.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns related to policies, benefits, or workplace issues.
    • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and documentation of disciplinary actions.
    • Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities to support employee growth.
    • Analyze HR data and prepare reports on metrics like turnover, hiring trends, or benefits usage.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in HR, with demonstrated proficiency in key HR functions.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.
