    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions and administrative duties, contributing to our company's growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer and manage 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

    • Utilize ADP payroll platforms to process payroll, maintain employee records, and generate reports.

    -Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

    -Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process to ensure compliance and smooth transitions.

    -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance.

    • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

    • Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • A minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on administrative duties.

    • Proficiency in handling 401(k) plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    • Strong knowledge of ADP payroll platforms and payroll processing.

    -In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

    • Proven experience in managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and training.

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
