We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions and administrative duties, contributing to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Utilize ADP payroll platforms to process payroll, maintain employee records, and generate reports.
-Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
-Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process to ensure compliance and smooth transitions.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on administrative duties.
Proficiency in handling 401(k) plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of ADP payroll platforms and payroll processing.
-In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and training.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
