    Pyramid Technologies, Inc. (Pyramid) a dynamic nationwide company, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Specialist will contribute to the overall success of the organization by fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that HR practices align with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Talent Acquisition : Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure the organization attracts top talent.

    Payroll : Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure proper accounting and reporting of payroll activities

    Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement. Assist in implementing employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and exit interviews.

    **Compensation & Benefits: **Manage compensation strategies and benefit programs to attract and retain talent while ensuring cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.

    Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting and feedback sessions

    ensuring it drives high performance and aligns with company objectives

    Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and handbooks. Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and best practices.

    Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and update the HR database with employee records and metrics. Prepare reports and analyses related to HR activities, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction.

    Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about current HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - [2-4] years of experience in human resources or a related field.
    - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
    - Familiarity with Prism/UKG.
