    Our Ideal Candidate:

    • This position requires strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, decision-making, and discretion.
    • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business, with coursework in business, psychology, writing, communication, or management is preferred.
    • Successful experience may be substituted.
    • Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal grammar and spelling skills,
    • Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
    • Bilingual Spanish/English desirable.
    • Candidate must not have been sanctioned or excluded from participation in federal or state healthcare programs by a federal or state law enforcement, regulatory, or licensing agency.
    • Must have valid driver's license and car insurance.

    Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

    Day to Day:

    • Work with Human Resources Director and management staff to plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff.
    • Organizes and maintains incoming job applications.
    • Conduct professional reference checks on qualified candidates.
    • Collect and track data on time-to-fill for positions and report to HR Director.
    • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
    • Develop and maintain contacts with academic and vocational programs for candidate referrals.
    • Plan and conduct new employee orientation
    • Perform new employee, long term volunteers, and independent contractors HR Orientations.
    • Manage and protect personnel records, maintaining strict confidentiality.
    • Assist with filing of accounting and personnel records.
    • Maintains required records, reports, and files.
    • Participation in staff meetings as directed.
    • Perform related work and other tasks as requested
