    Woodhouse Spa Minnesota is seeking an Human Resources and Special Events Assistant. This member of the Regional Team will support Spa Leadership in and out of spa locations in activities related to recruiting, hiring, training, time keeping and ongoing special events and spa operations. Must have reliable transportation as this role will support four local spa locations.

    A degree in Human Resources and experience in Employee/Marketing, Communications or related is preferred..

    As a Human Resources and Engagement Assistant, you will be responsible for:

    Assisting with recruiting process making sure candidates are reviewed, contacted and scheduled for interviews and trainings with kindness, clarity and professionalism

    Assist with hiring process from paperwork to onboarding activities, coordinating training and follow-up meetings

    Learn and understand our spa software systems

    Assist with spa operations, special events, fill-in with guest services and vendor trainings as requested

    Ensure all hiring materials are prepared and present in spa locations for first day meetings

    Typical schedule is Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional weekends as requested

    Preference for 2+ years work experience in a professional administrative role, human resources, day spa, hotel/hospitality, retail management and/or project management position. Additional desired skills include: communications, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, team-player, positive attitude, computer fluency, and organizational skills.
