    We are seeking an experienced HVAC Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you able to take on multiple tasks and embrace and enjoy innovative computer software? Join our team of Account Managers at a successful family-owned commercial HVAC maintenance and repair company operating in San Diego for 40+ years. We have one immediate opening for a highly motivated individual for this Monday thru Friday position. The company provides opportunities for further learning and personal growth. Air Conditioning/HVAC experience preferred but not required. Career growth through our internal training program is encouraged. Candidates should have 2+ years’ experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, as well as strong public speaking skills. Responsibilities: • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers • Promote client relationships through continuous communication • Generate clear and concise proposals and reports • Be an integral contributor to discussions and solutions to benefit the success and growth of the company and its clients • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments • Create sales material to present to customers Qualifications: • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus but not required • Ability to build rapport with clients • Strong negotiation skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • Typing ability of at least 35 WPM • HVAC knowledge, education and experience is a plus but not required • Two years similar position Compensation: $24 - $45 hourly
